Connect, Grow, Stronger Together
Strands of Three is the small group ministry of First Baptist Church of Monterey, a way for our church family to draw closer to Christ and to one another through prayer, study of God’s word, genuine fellowship, and outreach.
The name comes from Ecclesiastes 4:9–12, where we’re reminded that two are better than one, and a cord of three strands is not easily broken. Our groups are built on that picture: you, others walking alongside you, and Christ at the center, woven together in a way that binds.
Groups gather in homes across the Peninsula to open Scripture together, share what God is doing in our lives, pray for one another, and build healthy relationships.
Whether you’re new to First Baptist or you’ve been part of the family for many years, Strands of Three is a place to be known, to grow in faith, and to encourage someone else along the way.
